陶瓷表面强化耐热模具钢高温摩擦学研究

【摘要】 研究了等离子低温化学气相沉积Si3N4 ,BN陶瓷膜强化耐热模具钢在不同温度下的摩擦磨损特性。在日本大越式迅速摩擦试验机上采用比拟温挤试验 ,研究了复合陶瓷强化W1 8Cr4V与有色金属铜 (H62 ) ,A3钢试样配副的高温摩擦磨损特性 ,并与未采用复合陶瓷强化W1 8Cr4V与铜 (H62 ) ,A3钢摩擦副进行比较 ,通过SEM观察了磨面形貌 ,分析了陶瓷强化耐热模具钢与H62 ,A3钢的磨损机制。试验结果表明 :复合陶瓷强化挤压模具能显著降低磨损量 ,适合应用于挤压生产

【Abstract】 The friction and wear-resistance under varied temperture was studied for the Si3N4 and BN ceramic strengthen refractory steels by plasma chemical vapour deposition at low temperature.With analogical experiment under Japan Tokyo testing machine,the high temperture tribology characteristics were investigated for copper or steel specimen against the composite ceramic strengthened W18Cr4V,and compared with those unstrengthened specimen.The worn surfaces were observed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and its worn mechanism was analyzed.The results indicated that the composite ceramic strenghened extrusion die would obviously reduce wear.it is adapted to extrusion production.
