【摘要】 利用兰州市1971～2000年气象资料,统计分析各气象要素的变化规律,并探讨其对人体舒适度的影响。在国内外人体实验和有关研究方法基础上,结合本地特殊的气候状况,建立了与人体舒适度有关的8个指数的计算方法和相应的预报等级,并在预报实践中进行了效果检验和参数订正,可以满足兰州市气象指数预报业务的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on 1971-2000 data,the change features of meteorological elements are analysed,and the influence to the comfort index of human body is discussed by using statistics methods.Then on the basis of human body experiments and relative research methods in China and abroad,the calculating methods and forecasting grades about eight indexes are set up combine with the local climatic condition,and the effect examining and parameter modifying are carried out.It can meet the need of meteorological index forcasting.更多还原
