化学除磷对沸石强化A/O工艺运行的影响
Effect of Chemical Phosphorus Removal on Zeolite Enhanced A/O Biological Nitrogen Removal Process
【摘要】 中试结果表明,化学除磷对沸石强化A O生物脱氮工艺具有双重作用:一方面,化学—生物协同作用除磷效果好(能去除80%~90%的磷),对COD的去除和氨氮的硝化没有影响;另一方面,化学—生物协同作用可改善污泥的粒径分布,提高活性污泥的絮凝和沉降性能,但同时也会增加污泥产率,抑制微型动物的增殖和代谢、影响出水的SS值,而混合投加铝盐和亚铁盐进行除磷时能减少或消除单独投加铝盐或亚铁盐带来的不良影响。
【Abstract】 The pilot test result showed that chemical phosphorus removal has double effects on zeolite enhanced A/O biological nitrogen removal process.on the one hand,bio-chemical synergistic action has good effect in phosphorus removal (up to 80%~90%),and has no influence on COD removal and nitrification of ammonia nitrogen;on the other hand,bio-chemical synergistic action has the function of improving particle size distribution of sludge and enhancing flocculation and settleability of sludge;however,it will also increase sludge yield and inhibit the proliferation and metabolism of microorganism,and thus affecting the effluent SS.Dosing of combined aluminum salts and ferrous salts is able to reduce or eliminate unfavorable influence which is caused by separate dosing of aluminum salts or ferrous salts.
