有机负荷对ABR运行性能的影响

【摘要】 就有机负荷对ABR系统的pH、出水COD、VFA、污泥浓度的影响进行了研究,结果表明:1#格室为冲击负荷的缓冲区,必须控制其pH>6.0,产生以乙酸为主的VFA,1#、2#格室在COD的降解过程中起主要作用;VFA沿各格室逐级降低;产气量随负荷提高逐渐增大;1#、2#格室的污泥浓度明显偏低,3#、4#格室污泥浓度逐渐升高。若以总共降解的COD(包括还原最终产物中的COD)为基础表示产率系数Y值时,在试验条件下各格室污泥的Y值分别为0.02、0.024、0.03、0.032g细胞COD/gCOD;若以微生物实际利用的COD为基础表示总产率系数Y值则为0.16g细胞COD/gCOD。

【Abstract】 Study was made on the effects of organic loading on pH,effluent COD,VFA,and sludge concentration in ABR system.The result showed that the compartment No.1 acts as the buffer zone of shock loading,where pH must be controlled at pH>6.0 to produce VFA with acetic acid as the main.Compartment No.1 and No.2 play an important role in COD degradation process;VFA is decreased progressively along all compartments;the gas production is increased as the increase of loading.Sludge concentration in compartment No.1 and No.2 is on the low side and is raised gradually in compartment No.3 and No.4.If the yield coefficient is expressed based on the overall degradation of COD (including COD in reduced end product),the yield value Y of each compartment is 0.02,0.024,0.03,0.032 gcell/gCOD respectively under the experimental condition,and if based on the microbial utilization of COD,the overall yield value Y is 0.16 gcell/gCOD.
