光催化降解三类难降解有机工业废水

【摘要】 设计了一种流化床光催化反应器与过滤预处理相组合的中试系统,制备了一种以30~40目耐火砖颗粒为载体的负载型TiO2光催化剂;以高压汞灯为光源,分别在不同工艺条件下对三类典型难降解有机工业废水(实际印染废水、制药废水以及配制的农药废水)的光催化降解效果进行了考察。结果表明,该系统对这三类废水均有较好的处理效果,光照90min后对实际印染废水的色度去除率>80%;在多数试验条件下光照150min后对三类废水的COD去除率≥70%,BOD5/COD值可提高至0.4以上。

【Abstract】 A pilot scale process with combination of fuidized bed photocatalytic reactor and filtration unit was developed, and photo-catalyst was prepared with TiO2 immobilized on 30~40 mesh firebrick granule. Three kinds of refractory industrial organic wastewater (actual printing and dyeing wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater and syntietic pesticide wastewater) were treated by using high-pressure mercury arc lamp as light source. The result showed that the system is efficient in treatment of these kinds of wastewater. More than 80% of color removal is achieved in the actual printing and dyeing wastewater after illumination of 90 min; under most experimental conditions, after illumination of 150 min, COD removal rate of all these wastewater is more than 70%, and the ratio of BOD5/COD can be increased to over 0.4.
