西瓜隐性核不育基因库的建立与应用
Establishment and application of recessive genetic male sterile gene pool in watermelon
【摘要】 通过核型隐性基因株与多类型育种材料广泛杂交并辐射处理,以从其后代中选育农艺性状优良的雄性不育材料建立起西瓜雄性不育基因库,利用该雄性不育基因库可以选育多种类型的雄性不育系用于选配杂交组合。同时发现基因库中短蔓、浅色种皮及无毛三个性状均有可能与ms基因形成连锁,若用于标记ms基因可以改良西瓜雄性不育性在生产上的应用。
【Abstract】 Watermelon ms gene pool with fine agronomic properties has been established via crossing ms plant with various strains,radiating and selecting. Many types of cross combinations may be made using materials from the gene pool. Dwalf, light seed color and smooth in the gene pool may be linkage genes with ms, and these characteristic could become relevant markers of ms and be used to improve the dual utilization of male sterile lines in watermelon.
