铝合金变极性等离子焊阴极清理规律研究
STUDY ON REGULARITY OF CATHODE CLEANING DURING VARIABLE POLARITY PLASMA ARC WELDING OF ALUMINUM ALLOYS
【摘要】 变极性等离子弧焊是近年来发展起来的用于铝及其合金焊接的一种新方法,其核心问题之一是如何合理利用阴极清理作用并减少钨电极烧损。采用自行研制的变极性等离子弧焊设备对阴极清理作用效果及其相关因素进行了研究,找到了其一般规律。
【Abstract】 Variable polarity plasma arc welding (VPPAW) is a new welding process developed in recent years, which is used to weld aluminum and its alloys. One of the key points is how to make a rational use of the cathode cleaning action and to decrease the melting deformation of tungsten electrode. With the VPPAW equipment developed by authors, the effectiveness of cathode cleaning and its related factors are discussed, and the regularity is investigated in this paper.
