【摘要】 用简化计算法和数值计算法对圆管和扁管管片式换热器的肋效率进行了计算与分析,比较了2种计算方法所得结果的差异.重点分析了圆管与扁管管间距、肋片厚度对肋效率的影响.表明在纵横管间距乘积不变的条件下,随管间距的变化,肋效率有一极大值;在相同肋效率条件下,错排扁管管肋厚度小于其它结构的管肋厚度.更多还原

【Abstract】 The fin efficiency of round and flat bube\|fin heat exchanger is calculated with simplified formula and numerical method; the differences between the two methods are analyzed. Emphasis is laid on the effect of tube distance and fin thickness on fin efficiency. The fin efficiency has the maximum value with the variation of tube distances. Under the constant product of traverse and longitudinal tube distancesUnder the same fin efficiency condition.
