【摘要】 三叶木通果实为我国传统野生水果,营养丰富,果肉乳白多汁,香甜可口。但三叶木通鲜果易腐烂变质,难于长期贮藏,为此对三叶木通果实呼吸生理与采后贮藏保鲜条件进行了研究。结果表明:三叶木通果实属呼吸跃变型。采用7℃低温贮藏、0.2%浓度的Na2SO3液浸防腐保鲜、控制贮藏环境中氧浓度到3%等贮藏保鲜措施,有利于三叶木通鲜果长期贮藏。更多还原

【Abstract】 Akebia trifoliate fruit is a traditional wild fruit in our country.The fruit is rich in nutrition and the milky white pulp is fragrant and sweet,but it is easy to rot and deteriorate.Results of studying the respiration physiology and the suitable stor-age conditions of Akebia trifoliate fruit showed it is a kind of climacteric fruit,by controlling the oxygen concentration around it to3%,getting the fruit soaked by0.2%Na 2 SO 3 solution,and adjusting the environmental temperature to about 7℃,it could be stored for a longer time.更多还原
