【摘要】 从银杏组织培养外植体入手,重点综述了银杏茎段培养、配子体培养、胚培养、愈伤组织诱导的影响因素以及银杏组织培养中抑制褐化问题等方面的进展,对利用组织培养、遗传转化获得银杏黄酮和银杏内酯等方面也做了系统的总结,并且对进一步的工作重点提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years some achievements on tissue culture of Gink go biloba of gymnosperm have been received.The re-view of this paper is focused on tissue cultures,such as stem culture,gametophyte culture,embryo culture,f actors affecting the callus tissue formation and inhibition of browning during t he culture.The paper also focus on the development of produc-tion of flavonoi ds and Ginkgolides through tissue culture and genetic transformation.Some advi ce is given for the further study on the tissue culture of Ginkgo biloba.更多还原
