【Abstract】 The Lm (Leuconostcmesentercides) 1226 cells are immobilized with polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as a carrier. A lot of studies of the capability of dextran production with immobilized leuconostcmesentercides 1226 cells are conducted. It has been found that immobilized leuconostcmesentercides 1226 cells make the cycle of fermentation shorter, and the efficiency of fermentation higher so that the production can be made continuous. This study provides a possibility to decrease the cost of production and realize continuous production of the dextran stuff.更多还原
