微乳液法制备纳米ZnO粉体

【摘要】 采用双微乳液混合法制备纳米ZnO粉末.通过实验从nH2O/nAEO3+AEO9、反应物浓度、老化温度及时间、前驱体煅烧温度及时间等方面讨论影响产物的粒径,确定了制备纳米ZnO粉末的较理想的工艺条件.经XRD,TEM和激光粒度仪等检测表征,产物为球形六角晶系结构,平均粒径27nm,粒径尺寸分布范围较窄,99%颗粒达纳米级.

【Abstract】 Nanometerscale zinc oxide powder is prepared with microemulsion method. The effects of the nH2O/nAEO3+AEO9, reactant concentration, ageing temperature and time, and calcine temperature and time of the precursor on the particle size of ZnO are discussed, and the optimum conditions are given for preparation of the powder. Tested with XRD,TEM and laser particlesize analyzer, the ZnO crystalline is shown to have a hexagonal structure with spherical particle and uniform size distribution of 27 nm in diameter, 99% of the particles within the range of nanometerscale.
