链速补偿机构设计
Design of compensating mechanism of chain velocity
【摘要】 为了消除由于链的多边形效应引起的链速周期性变化,满足输送链运行的平衡性要求,采用齿轮 凸轮机构作为链速补偿机构,并用平面刚体位置变换法导出了凸轮的廓线方程.采用该补偿机构可消除多边形效应对输送链运行平稳性的影响.
【Abstract】 In order to eliminate periodic variation of chain velocity caused by the polygonal effect of the chain and meet the requirement of equilibrium of transportchain operation, a gearcam mechanism is taken as compensating mechanism of chain velocity and the profile equation of the cam is derived by means of position transformation of planar rigid body. Using this compensating mechanism, the influence of polygonal effect on the equilibrium of transportchain operation can be eliminated.
