【摘要】 基于目前广泛使用的AutoCAD图形平台和CAD/CAM系统存在的问题,针对9702CNC车削系统,以及Auto CAD二次开发工具ObjectARX,分析了AutoCAD二维图形数控自动编程系统的关键技术.重点介绍了用Polyline图形实体描述刀具轨迹,采用面向对象的程序设计方法,实现CAD直接到CAM的可视化图形交互式数控车床自动编程.

【Abstract】 Aimed at the problems existing in CAD/CAM system of cutting system of lathe 9702CNC, the key technique of NC automatic programming system with twodimensional graphics of AutoCAD is analyzed on the widely adopted graphics platform of AutoCAD and its secondary development tool ObjectARX. Physical description of the locus of cutting tool is introduced emphatically with the help of Polyline graphics. An interactive automatic programming for NC lathes with visualized graphics from CAD up to CAM is realized by using the objectoriented programming method.
