预处理时间和温度对Al2O3p-TiCp/Al复合材料的反应温度特征的影响
Effect of pretreatment time-period and temperature on reactive temperature characteristics and microstructure of composite Al2O3p-TiCp/Al
【摘要】 研究了预处理温度和时间对Al TiO2 C体系XD反应温度特征和复合材料组织的影响,结果表明,为了获得理想的Al2O3p TiCp/Al复合材料,预处理温度和时间有一个最佳的工艺范围.体系在本实验的工艺条件下,当预处理温度高于670℃时,由于反应程度加强,不利于体系在随后升温烧结过程中发生快速的放热反应,从而导致体系反应不完全.预处理时间小于30min,会导致体系反应不完全;预处理时间大于60min时,组织中Al3Ti含量增高.合适的预处理时间为30~60min,预处理温度为670℃.
【Abstract】 The effect of pretreatment temperature and timeperiod on characteristics of XD reaction temperature and microstructure of composite Al2O3pTiCp/Al in system of AlTiO2C is investigated. Result shows that there is an optimal region of pretreatment temperature and timeperiod for obtaining excellent composites Al2O3pTiCp/Al. In the present system and experimental condition, when the pretreatment timeperiod is less than 30 minutes, the reaction cannot take place completely. Otherwise, the composite would contain a lot of Al3Ti phases if pretreatment timeperiod were longer than 60 minutes. When the pretreatment temperature is above 670 ℃, too much reaction will take place during pretreatment, so that it is not favorable for subsequent XD reaction and makes the reaction incomplete. Optimal pretreatment timeperiod is 3060 minutes at temperature 670 ℃.
