数字式轴向柱塞泵
Digital axial piston pump
【摘要】 介绍了数字泵的工作原理 ,并基于德国力士乐公司的A4V型斜盘式轴向柱塞泵 ,建立了系统的静、动态数学模型 ;应用所建立的数学模型和选用的仿真软件———MATLAB进行编程 ,得到数字泵恒功率工况下的静、动态响应曲线 ;通过仿真分析得到了基泵大柱塞直径参数变化对系统动态响应的影响规律 .
【Abstract】 Operation principle of digital pump is introduced and the static and dynamic mathematical models of its system are developed for the axial piston pump A4V of Rexroth company, Germany. Using the developed mathematical models and available simulation software MATLAB, the system programming is performed and the static and dynamic responses of this digital pump with constant power are obtained. The pattern of influence of parameter change in piston diameter of the pump is obtained by means of simulation analysis.
