【摘要】 采用电化学沉积 碱处理 ,在低温条件下从含钙和磷离子的电解水溶液中在NiTi形状记忆合金表面沉积了磷酸钙涂层 ,经碱处理获得羟基磷灰石 (HA)涂层 .对涂层的组织形貌和相组成进行了分析 ,并研究了实验工艺对涂层结构的影响 .研究结果表明 ,电化学沉积涂层CaHPO4 ·2H2 O经碱处理后转变为羟基磷灰石 ;对试样进行表面处理 ,同时在电解液中加入有机溶剂得到的涂层更均匀、更致密

【Abstract】 HA coating on the surface of NiTi shape memory alloy is prepared by electrochemical deposition in aqueous electrolytes containing Ca and P ions at low temperature and aftertreatment with alkaline solution. The morphology and constitution of the coatings are analyzed by SEM and XRD, respectively. The results show that the electrochemically deposited coating is CaHPO 4·2H 2O, and then is transformed into HA by means of aftertreated with alkaline solution. The coating features a homogeneous and compact appearance when the surface of the NiTi substrate is pre treated and the electrolytes contains organic solvent.
