TiAl基合金断裂情况的研究现状及发展趋势
Current situation of investigation of fracture problems of titanium aluminum alloys and its progressive trend
【摘要】 对TiAl基合金断裂情况的研究现状进行了论述 .从显微结构的控制提高其断裂韧性及其它性能 ,加载率、温度和环境对TiAl基合金的断裂及韧化机理的影响 ,变形和断裂行为 ,韧化机理和断裂机理的研究情况等五个方面对前人的工作进行了分析与比较 ,有助于对TiAl合金的变形与断裂 ,断裂过程及其韧化机理更进一步的理解 .同时进一步提出了TiAl基合金的断裂模型是什么 ,传统的COD法能否合理地测试TiAl合金的断裂韧性 ,用什么方法才能更好地评定此类合金的断裂韧性等需解决的问题 ,并对TiAl基合金发展趋势进行了初步的探讨 .
【Abstract】 The investigation available recently in connection with the fracture of TiAl based alloys is analyzed and summarized. The work conducted by the predecessors is analysed and compared in the following five respects: improving of fracture toughness and other properties by means of controlling microstructure, effects of loading rate, temperation, and environment on the fracture and toughening mechanisms, deformation and fracture behavior, toughening mechanisms, and, finally, the fracture mechanisms of TiAl based alloys, which is helpful for further understanding the deformation and fracture as well as the fracture process and toughening mechanisms of TiAl alloys. The questions to be solved in the future are also advanced as follows: what is fracture model. Whether does the traditional COD test reasonably the fracture toughness of TiAl alloys and what method can be used to assess the fracture toughness of TiAl alloys. The progressive trend is discussed preliminarily.
