【摘要】 目的　探讨腹腔镜灭菌效能的最佳检测方法。方法　以涂擦采样和张合采样两种方法对照研究腹腔镜器械灭菌效果。结果　张合采样法细菌培养阳性率高于涂擦采样法 ,不同洗脱液及培养基对培养的影响不大。结论　张合采样法比涂擦采样法检测腹腔镜灭菌效果更准确更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the best detection method on the sterilization effect of laparoscope. Methods Samples of laparoscope were taken by cotton swab and direct immersion methods respectively. Results Immersion method could get higher positive rate for bacterial culture, there was no difference in test results between different medium. Conclusion Direct immersion method can obtain more accurate result of sterilization effect of laparoscope than cotton swab method do.更多还原
