1297份临床标本分离的病原菌分布及耐药性分析

【摘要】 目的 监测某院住院患者各种临床标本的病原菌分布及其耐药率。方法 用国产细菌微量生化鉴定板查编码鉴定病原菌。药敏试验采用K B法。结果  1 2 97份临床标本共分离鉴定出病原菌 338株 ,以金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肠杆菌属菌为常见。金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素、苯唑西林耐药率为 75 .0 0 %及 70 .4 6 % ;肠杆菌属、不动杆菌对氨苄西林耐药率分别达 96 .5 5 % ,80 .0 0 %。结论 基层医院开展医院细菌学及抗菌药物耐药性监测 ,及时掌握病原菌分布 ,能有效预防和控制医院感染 ,并能为临床医师合理使用抗菌药物提供依据

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the distribution of pathogens isolated from clinical samples and their antimicrobial resistance. Methods Pathogens were identified by bacterial biochemical identification panel, antimicrobial susceptibility tests were done by disc agar diffusion test. Results Three hundred and thirty eight strains were isolated from 1 297 clinical samples, the most common pathogens were Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacter. Antimicrobial resistant rate of Staphylococcus aureus to penicillin and oxicillin was 75.00% and 70.46% respectively; antimicrobial resistant rate of Enterobacter and Acinetobacter to ampicillin was 96.55% and 80.00% respectively. Conclusion Surveillance on nosocomial pathogens and antimicrobial resistance can promote the prevention and control of nosocomial infection, and it can also provide evidence for the clinicians on the rational use of antimicrobial agents.
