【摘要】 目的　了解某医院新生儿医院感染现状 ,以加强前瞻性监控 ,减少新生儿医院感染的发生。方法　回顾性汇总分析 1 997～ 2 0 0 1年新生儿医院感染监测资料。结果　新生儿医院感染发病率为 1 .5 4 % ,例次感染率为1 .6 2 % ,感染部位依次为上呼吸道 (4 5 .0 0 % )、下呼吸道 (4 3.0 0 % )、脐部 (9.0 0 % )和眼部 (3.0 0 % )。结论　应注重对新生儿医院感染的前瞻性监控 ,特别应加强对新生儿呼吸道感染的预防更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate nosocomial infection in neonates in a hospital, and reduce the incidence of infection by prospective surveillance. Methods The nosocomial infection surveillance data between 1997 and 2001 were analysed retrospectively. Results Nosocomial infection incidence was 1.54% , case prevalence incidence was 1.62% , the main infection sites were upper respiratory tract ( 45.00% ), lower respiratory tract ( 43.00% ), umbilica ( 9.00% ) and eye ( 3.00% ). Conclusion Prospective surveillance of neonatal nosocomial infection should be enhanced, especially the prevention of respiratory tract infection.更多还原
