【Abstract】 A fluorescence spectroscopy and a fluorimetry for the determination of dipyridamole on PAC-1 cell membranes in acetonitrile-water(2∶1,V/V) were studied.The concentration range for the determination of dipyridamole was in the range of 1.0× 10 -12-5.0×10 -5mol/L with detection limit of 2.8×10 -13mol/L(1.4×10 -4ng/mL) and RSD of 2.7%.The number of nucleoside transporters on each PAC-1 cell membrane was calculated.更多还原
