安替比林偶氮-Ⅲ分光光度法测定粗铅中的铜
Spectrophotometric Determination of Copper in Lead Matte with Antipyrinylazo-Ⅲ
【摘要】 研究了安替比林偶氮 - 与铜的显色反应 ,在 p H为 11的缓冲介质中 ,铜与试剂反应生成 1∶ 1稳定络合物 ,λmax=5 90 nm,体系 ε=5 .16× 10 4L·mol-1·cm-1。铜含量在 0— 30 μg/ 2 5 m L范围内符合比耳定律 ,本方法可用于粗铅中铜含量的测定。
【Abstract】 The color reaction of copper with antipyrinylazo-Ⅲ was studied.In the presence of pH 11 buffer solution, antipyrinylazo-Ⅲ can react with copper(Ⅱ) to form a stable 1∶1 complex. The molar absorptivity is 5.16×10 4L·mol -1·cm -1 at 590nm. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-30μg/25mL. This method has been applied to the determination of copper in lead matte with good results.
