【Abstract】 The content of bismuth in bismuth citrate preparation and the dissolved content of it in artificial gastric and intestinal fluid were determined by ICP-AES with microwave digestion.The results showed that the dissolution rate of bismuth in artificial intestinal fluid was obviously higher than that in artificial gastric fluid.Under optimum conditions, the detection limit of bismuth is 12ng/mL with the relative standard deviation of 3.84%(C=1.0μg/mL,n=7).更多还原
