原子荧光光谱法测定中药中的汞
Determination of Mercury in Traditional Chinese Medicines by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
【摘要】 采用原子荧光光谱法测定了中药中汞 ,考察并优化了影响汞原子荧光强度的实验条件 ;提出硫脲 -柠檬酸 - Fe3 +作为增感剂以增强汞的荧光信号 ;探讨了共存离子对汞测定的干扰及其消除方法。在最佳工作条件下 ,方法的检出限为 5 .74 8μg/ L;相对标准偏差为 1.5 6 % ;线性范围为 0— 10 0 0 μg/ L。用于 6种中药样品中汞的测定 ,回收率为 90 .4 %— 10 9.6 %。
【Abstract】 A method of atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS) for the determination of mercury was established.The experimental conditions that influence the atomic fluorescence signal intensity were investigated and optimized,as well as the influence from foreign ions and the elimination were studied.Thiourea-citric acid-ferrite ion was selected as enhancement reagent,which greatly enhanced atomic fluorescence signal intensity of mercury.The detection limit and relative standard deviation(RSD) were 5.748μg/L and 1.56%,respectively.The method was applied to determine mercury in six kinds of traditional Chinese medicines produced by different manufactures with a recovery range of 90.4%-109.6%.
