【Abstract】 Various testing conditions for determination of mercury by flow injection-atomic absorption spectrometry were discussed and a method for the determination of mercury in powdered milk was developed.The linear range for mercury is 0-80μg·L -1.The detection limit for mercury in powdered milk is 2.4ng·g -1.The relative standard deviation is less than 5% and the recovery is in the range of 95%-108%.This method is simple,rapid and can be applied to the determination of mercury in powdered milk samples with satisfactory results.更多还原
