【摘要】 通过对苎麻竹节布的特性分析及染整工艺研究,找出了最佳染整工艺流程和工艺条件。制定退浆煮炼合一,二正二反气体+圆筒烧毛,氯氧双漂,纤维素酶生物抛光整理,低碱丝光等前处理工艺;染色按品种要求选用连续轧染机和卷染机,采用双活性基Megafix型染料,整理采用强水洗,复配柔软剂整理及预缩整理等,有效除去了红根麻、麻皮、麻粒,改善了手感,提高了织物的得色深度与鲜艳度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through analysis of the physical properties of pure ramie slubbing cloth and studying its dyeing processes, the optimum dyeing process and conditions were determined including the pretreatment of single-stage desizing-scouring, gas and roller singeing, chlorine and hydrogen peroxide bleaching, cellulose enzyme polishing treatment and low-concentration mercerizing. A variety of clothes was tried and dyed by either pad-steam or pad-roll process with Megafix reactive dyes. The dyed clothes were treated successively by intense washings, softening finishing with appropriate surfactants and shrink-proof finishing, the red roots, rinds and seeds were efficiently separated and removed.
