活性染料对染色工艺敏感性研究

【摘要】 染色工艺对活性染料的染色性能有较大影响,反映了活性染料的敏感性。研究结果表明:当温度为60℃~70℃时绝大部分染料的固色率高,有4支染料在70℃~80℃时固色率最高;盐的浓度增加,固色率提高,当达到60g/L时达到最高;有3支染料对盐浓度的变化不敏感;碱的用量在20g/L~25g/L时较为合理,染浴中染料的浓度在2%-4%时可获得满意效果,最佳的浴比为1:10-1:20。

【Abstract】 The dyeing process can have a large effect on the dyeing properties of reactive dyes, which reflects the sensitivity of the reactive dyes. This study showed that most dyes gave the highest fixation at60℃~70℃ and four dyes, at 70℃~80℃ ;fixation was improved with the increase of salt concentration, and reached a maximum when the concentration was 60g/l; three dyes were not sensitive to salt concentration. The appropriate amount of alkaline agent was 20g/l~25 g/1, and a satisfactory result was obtained when the concentration of dyes in the dye bath was 2%~4% and the optimum liquor ratio was 1:10~1:20.
