染料型喷墨印花印墨组成的试验研究

【摘要】 对活性染料型喷墨印花印墨的研究发现:当印墨的粘度在10MPa.s以下,表面张力在40-60mN/m之间有较好的喷印效果.在20℃~40℃的不同温度下粘度和表面张力变化不大。在20℃±1℃的条件下可稳定贮藏6天。实验结果表明增稠剂的浓度是影响印墨粘度的主要因素,添加剂的浓度和染料用量为次要因素。印墨的最佳组合为:染料7%,增稠剂0.2%,添加剂4%。

【Abstract】 In studying the types of reactive dye inks used for ink jet printing, the following phenomena were observed: ink exhibited a good adaptation to ink jet printing when its viscosity was below 10MPa.s and surface tension was between 40mN/m~60mN/m; ink viscosity and surface tension were little changed within the temperature range of 20C,~40℃; the ink was kept stable for six days at a temperature of 20+ 1℃. The results indicate that the main factor affecting ink’s viscosity is the concentration of the additives. Other important factors are the thickener’s concentration and the amount of dye. The optimal composition of ink is 7% dye, 0.2% thickener and 4% additives.
