【摘要】 用酶-聚合物对毛织物进行全面易护理整理可解决SIMPL-X工艺中存在的脱色问题。毛织物的整理效果与酶的活性、聚合物整理剂的性质、用量、前处理工艺和组分有关。将毛织物在40℃时用中性脂肪酶前处理10分钟,45℃时蛋白酶处理20分钟,清洗后用改性双活性环氧化合物处理20分钟,可得到理想的整理效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The decoloration problem in the SIMPL-X process was solved by easy care finishing of the woolen fabrics with an enzyme-polymer. The finishing performance of woolen fabric was related to the activity of the enzyme and the properties,components and application of polymer finishing agents as well as the pretreatment processing. The woolen fabric was pretreated with a neutral fat enzyme at 40jse for 10 minutes, then treated with protease at 45 iae for 20 minutes, after washing, it was further treated with modified bifunctional epoxide for 20 minutes, giving an ideal finish.更多还原
