膜分离技术处理印染废水的研究

【摘要】 用MWCO6000的中空纤维超滤膜和反渗透技术处理羊毛印染废水,可使其COD值、色度达标排放。 操作压力为0.1MPa,流速为1500l/h,经渗透处理后的废水含盐量和色度明显降低。对膜进行清洗时,合 适的清洗剂为0.8%EDTA水溶液,用氢氧化钠或洗衣粉调整pH=10.0。

【Abstract】 Dyehouse wastewater was treated with ultra-filtration membranes (MWC06000) and by reverse osmosis. The operation pressure was 0.1 MPa, velocity of flow was 1500L/h, COD was quite low and color of the treated water was light at discharge. The membranes were cleaned with 0.8% EDTA solution, and kept at pH=10.0 with NaOH or washing soda (sodium carbonate).
