【摘要】 目的 :探讨巩膜环扎联合巩膜外冷凝术对治疗孔源性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法 :对 89例(89眼 )孔源性视网膜病例施行巩膜环扎联合巩膜外冷凝术治疗 ,随访 4个月～ 4年 ,观察其手术疗效并分析手术失败的原因。结果 :本组 89例中一次手术成功 80例 ,二次手术成功 3例 ,总治愈率为 93.3% ;手术失败病例的主要原因是增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变和术中裂孔定位不准导致裂孔未能封闭。结论 :巩膜环扎联合巩膜外冷凝术是治疗孔源性视网膜的有效手段 ,查找并封闭裂孔是手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the curative effects in the treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD) with the therapy of encircling buckling combined with scleral freezing.Methods:89 cases (89 eyes) of RRD were treated with the therapy of encircling buckling combined with scleral freezing.In order to observe the curative effects of the operation as well as the reasons for the failure of some operations,follow-up survey was carried out from 4 months to 48 months.Results:In the 89 cases,operations for 80 cases were successful for one time,operations for 3 cases were successful after the second operation.The total cure rate was 93.3%.The main reasons for the failure of some operations were proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) and the incorrect retinal hole locationduring the operation which caused the hole not being sealed.Conclusions:The therapy of encircling buckling combined with scleral freezing is an effective method to treat RRD,and the keys for successful operation are the finding of the retinal hole as well as its sealing.更多还原
