【摘要】 目的 :探讨青光眼病人房水心钠素 (ANP)含量与眼压变化的关系。方法 :利用放射免疫分析方法测定房水ANP含量。结果 :房水ANP平均含量 :术前高眼压组 (A组 ) 2 6 6 .5 6± 18.2 0 pg/ml;术前眼压控制组 (B组 ) 6 9.9± 9.99pg/ml;对照组 (C组 ) 5 4.4 1± 7.4 9pg/ml。三组病人的术前眼压和房水ANP含量均有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;不同类型的青光眼病人房水ANP含量差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :青光眼病人当眼压升高时可导致房水ANP含量的明显改变 ,其含量随眼压的升高而增加 ,提示ANP这种循环激素可能参与眼压调节及青光眼的发病过程更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Inquiry into a relationship of the contents of ANP in aqueous humor to the variety of intraocular pressure measured with glaucoma patients.Method:The analytic method of the radiative immunity was used to measure the contents of ANP in aqueous humor.Result:The average of the contents of ANP in aqueous humor were 266.56±18.2pg/ml in high intraocular pressure group (A group)before operation,269.9±9.99pg/ml in intraocular pressure-controlled group (B group) before operation and 54.41±7.49pg/ml in matched control group(C group).The variation in contents of ANP in aqueous humor for all groups had the extraordinary signification( P <0.001).There was not a signification ( P >0.05) for the contents of ANP in aqueous humor among different types of glaucoma patients.Conclusion:The concentration of ANP in aqueous humor is increasing remarkablyduring the rise of intraocular pressure with glaucoma patient,it suggests that the kind of circulating hormone (ANP) may regulate intraocular pressure and participate in the rise of intraocular pressure or the outbreak process of glaucoma.更多还原
