脑梗塞可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1的水平及其相关性探讨
The Study of Serum sVCAM-1 Level and Correlationship of It With Total Bilirubin in Patients With Cerebral Infarction
【摘要】 目的 :研究脑梗塞患者血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子 - 1水平及其与总胆红素关系 ,探讨其病理机制。方法 :选取 17例脑梗塞伴有高血压患者 ,应用ELISA法测定发病后第 1、3、7、14天时血清的可溶性血管细胞黏附分子 - 1的含量 ,并与血清总胆红素进行相关分析。结果 :脑梗塞发病后第 1、3、7、14天时间组的血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子 - 1分别为 16 2 5± 2 2 3ng/ml、172 5±2 2 1ng/ml、194 9± 2 11ng/ml、15 5 9± 2 0 8ng/ml,血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子 - 1水平与血清总胆红素呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :脑梗塞发病后第 1天到第 7天血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子 - 1水平呈上升趋势 ,之后下降 ;血清胆红素的升高可能是机体的一种应激性保护措施 ,其值的增加可能对脑组织起到保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate serum sVCAM-1 level and correlations of it with serum total bilirubin in patients of stroke with hypertension.Metholds:17 patients of cerebral infarction accompanied by hypertension were selected as subjects. Sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was performed after 1,3,7,14 day to detect the levels of sVCAM-1 in patients of stroke.The correlations of serum sVCAM-1level in patients of cerebral infarction with serum total bilirubin were anlysized.Results:Serum sVCAM-1 levels in patients of cerebral infarction after 1,3,7,14 day were 1625±223ng/ml,1725±221ng/ml,1949±211ng/ml,1559±208ng/ml respectively.There was a statistically significant correlation of sVCAM-1 levels with serum total bilirubin (r=0.63, P <0.05).Conclusion:A rising tendency of sVCAM-1 levels from 1st to 7th day after symptoms onset could be seem,whereas sVCAM-1 levels decreased after 7th day to 14th day;The increase of serum total bilirubin may be a protective reaction of autogenetic stress for cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury.
