【摘要】 目的 :研究琴叶榕根提取液治疗细菌性前列腺炎的疗效 ,寻找一种疗效好 ,无副作用的新中药。方法 :建立细菌性前列腺炎动物模型 ,喂饲给药治疗。化验检查治疗前后的动物的尿液、前列腺液 ,观察前列腺组织的形态和酶组织化学 ,测定琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)、β -羟化甾体脱氢酶 (β -SHDH)、酸性磷酸酶 (ACP)的活性。结果 :经琴叶榕根提取液治疗的细菌性前列腺炎动物的尿液、前列腺液WBC与对照组比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。琥珀酸脱氢酶 (SDH)、β -羟化甾体脱氢酶 (β-SHDH)、酸性磷酸酶 (ACP)活性增加。HE染色观察 ,腺组织结构基本完整。结论 :琴叶榕根提取液对家兔的细菌性前列腺炎疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to study the curative effect of Ficus pandurata Hamce root extracting solution to cure Bacteroidal Prostatitis and to find a new Chinese traditional medicine with good curative effect and without side effect.Methods:Bacteroidal prostatitis animal model was set up,then cured them parting with feeding feedstuff administration.Tested and inspected the pretreatment animal urine and prostate exudate,simultaneously observed the prostate organ shape and enzyme organ chemistry reaction.Determined the activity of SDH,β-SHDH and ACP.Result:The Bacteroidal prostatitis animal cured with musical instrument leaf banyan root extracting solution,Compared with the contrast group,its’ urine and prostate exudate were significant difference( P <0.05).The activity of SDH,β-SHDH and ACP increased.The structure of glandular tissue was found to be basic integrity observation by H.E dyeing observation.Conclusion:curing Bacteroidal Prostatitis domestic rabbit with Ficus pandurate Hamce root has remarkable curative effect.更多还原
