【摘要】 目的 :研究夜来香正丁醇提取物的中枢抑制作用。方法 :观察夜来香正丁醇提取物对小鼠自发活动和戊巴比妥钠阈上和阈下催眠剂量对小鼠睡眠时间的影响。结果 :夜来香正丁醇提取物对小鼠自发活动有明显抑制作用 ,能加速戊巴比妥钠的入睡和延长其睡眠时间 ,与戊巴比妥钠有协同的中枢抑制作用。结论 :夜来香正丁醇提取物有明显的中枢抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the central inhibitory effect of Cestrum nocturnum L.n-Butl alcohol extract.Methods:There were two kinds of methods.The first one was about Cestrum nocturnum L.n-Butlalcohol extract decreasing the spontaneous activity by the hunged cage in mice;the second one was its inducing the hypnotic effect of suprathreshold and subthreshold dose of pentobarbital sodium in mice.Results:Cestrum nocturnum L.n-Butl alcohol extract obviously inhibited the spontaneous activity in mice.It could shorten the hypnagogic time of pentobarbital sodium and prolong its hypnotic eddect with pentobarbital sodium.Conclusion:Cestrum nocturnum L.n-Butl alcohol extract has the central inhibitory effect.更多还原
