【摘要】 目的 :探讨带锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法 :2 3例闭合性粉碎性骨折 ,根据健侧股骨X线片测量选择髓内钉型号 ,采用闭合或开放的方法将骨折复位和置入 ,全部静力固定 ,对骨折碎片应尽量保护血运和力求靠拢 ,不苛求完全复位。结果 :全部病例获得随访 ,随访时间 10～ 2 4个月。全部骨折骨性愈合 ,平均愈合时间 5 .9个月。无断钉、松动和感染发生。结论 :带锁髓内钉治疗股骨干粉碎性骨折稳定可靠 ,骨折愈合快 ,组织损伤小 ,允许早期功能锻炼 ,是良好的内固定方法 ,值得推广应用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To research the clinical effect in the treatment of the femoral fractures by using intramedullary interlocking nails.Methods:23 cases from 18 to 42 years old of remoral closed pulveriaing fractures had been treated with intramedullary interlocking nails.Among them 18 cases were male and 5 cases were female.The selection of the size of the interlocking nails was besed on the measurement of healthy side femoral.All cases had been used static fixation with opening or closing operation.To protect the blood-circulating of fractions and make the fractions closer possible,It did not require complete replace the fractrue.Results All cased had been followed up for 10-24 months.The fractrues healing had been seen in all these cases.The average healing time was 5.9 months.None nail breaking,looseness and infection had been seen in these cases.Conclusion:The intramedullary interlocking nail internal fixation is a good method in the treatment of femoral fractures,It makes the fractures healing earlier and less tissue injury,and allow early function exercise,It is worthy of extend application.更多还原
