【Abstract】 The preparation of chitosan by drying method is studied,and the influence of the reaction condition such as reaction time,alkaline concentration,ratio of raw material,reaction temperature on the deacetylation degree and viscosity of chitosan is investigated.Chitosan treated by twice dry method,which deacetylation degree is more than 75%,has been obtained,and capabilities of products have been measured.更多还原
