【摘要】 本文认为 ,新形势下的“灌输”教育并未过时 ,不能将“灌输”曲解为生塞硬灌 ;“灌输”教育应坚持实事求是的原则、层次性原则、民主性原则、满足正当需要原则 ;“灌输”教育应同解决实际问题相结合 ,同自我教育相结合 ,与管理的约束相结合 ,并做到直接灌输和间接灌输相结合更多还原

【Abstract】 The author doesn’t think that it is out of date to use the cramming education in the new situation. Cramming education cannot be misunderstood forcing unreasonably. Cramming education should stick to the principles of seeking truth form fact, democracy and normal needs. Cramming education should be combined with solving real problems, self-education, management.
