反向滴定法制备超细氧化铋粉体的研究

【摘要】 以分析纯硝酸铋为原料,采用反向滴定的沉淀法合成了氧化铋超细粉体。TG/DSC的分析表明获得沉淀粉体主要是BiOOH。沉淀粉体经450℃煅烧后,TEM和XRD分析结果表明:获得的超细粉体是α Bi2O3,颗粒均匀、团聚少,颗粒粒径≤60nm;同时通过热力学分析对反应合成的机理进行了讨论,确定了反向滴定法合成氧化铋超细粉体的合成条件。

【Abstract】 An improved precipitation method-reversing-titration method was introduced to prepare ultra-fine bismuth oxide powder with analytical pure bismuth nitrate in this paper. According to the results of TG/DSC analysis, the major component of the precipitation was BiOOH. The powder calcined at 450℃ was charactered by XRD and TEM. The results showed that the powder wasα-Bi2O3 and the average particle size was about 60nm. In addition, the mechanism of the formation of ultra-fine bismuth oxide was discussed with thermodynamical analysis, and the preparation condition of ultra-fine bismuth oxide by reversing-titration was determined.
