超重力法制备纳米二氧化钛影响因素的研究
Study on factors affecting the preparation of nano titania viaa high-gravity method
【摘要】 以四氯化钛和氨气为原料,在新型的超重力反应器(旋转填充床)中采用中和水解法合成出20~30nm的TiO2纳米粉体。研究结果表明旋转填充床中的超重力环境有利于形成颗粒大小均匀一致、分散效果良好的球状纳米TiO2,并且通过实验确定超重力法制备纳米TiO2的适宜工艺条件为:四氯化钛浓度0.5mol/L,旋转床转速1200~1600r/min,反应终点pH值7~9,反应温度30℃。这一工艺具有简单、高效、易于放大的优点。
【Abstract】 Nano titania powder with particle size of 20~30nm was prepared by employing a novel high-gravity rotating packed bed (RPB) reactor and neutralization hydrolysis process, with TiCl4 and ammonia gas as raw materials. Experimental results indicated that the hgih gravity environment in RPB favored the synthesis of spherical nano titania with narrow size distribution and good dispersion. The optimum conditions of preparing nano titania by a high-gravity method were determined as TiCl4 solution concentration of 0.5mol/L, RPB rotating speed of 1200~1600r/min, final pH of 7~9 and reaction temperature of 30℃. This method exhibited the merits of simpleness, high effciency and no unfavorable scaling-up effects.
