纳米级发光粉体YVO4∶Eu的合成及光谱性质研究
Synthesis and spectra properties of nanosized YVO4∶Eu
【摘要】 采用柠檬酸作为络合剂,通过络合溶胶 凝胶法制备出纳米级的钒基发光材料YVO4∶Eu,并利用TEM,红外光谱以及荧光光谱对其进行研究。结果表明:用这种方法制备的YVO4∶Eu粉体粒径在100nm以下;与大颗粒的粉体相比,由于量子尺寸效应的影响,纳米级YVO4∶Eu的红外光谱发生明显的蓝移现象,而其发射光谱以及激发光谱未发生显著变化,可发出较纯正红光。
【Abstract】 By complexing solgel method, nanosized YVO4∶Eu phosphor was prepared. The phosphor was characterized by TEM,FTIR,FP. The experimental result showed that the particle size of the phosphor was below 100nm and the blue shift about IR spectra was observed, while the phosphor spectra was not changed in comparison with the commercial phosphor.
