纳米TiO2工业化生产实现途径的研究
Research on realizing way of nanometer TiO2 industrialization produces
【摘要】 以硫酸法钛白粉生产的中间产品———水洗后的偏钛酸为原料,采用硫酸氧钛溶液中和法,成功地制得了粒度可控、分布均匀的纳米TiO2粉体。研究了相关反应条件,为进一步工业化生产打下了基础。
【Abstract】 With hydrated titanium dioxide after waterwashing,intermediate products in manufacturing process of titanium white pigment by sulphuric acid method, for the raw materials, adopting TiOSO4 solution neutralization process, nanometer powders of TiO2, whose dimension was even and can be controlled, have been successfully made. The relevant reaction conditions have been studied, which provide the foundation for further industrialization.
