敏感功能材料的气敏机理及二氧化锡在传感器中的应用研究

【摘要】 阐明了氧化物、导电聚合物气敏传感器的气敏原理,通过掺杂等方法,制备含有稀有金属、金属离子、金属氧化物、多组分金属氧化物、导电聚合物传感器及阵列电鼻子的研究现状和应用范围,并对其发展提出了看法。

【Abstract】 The three gas sensitive mechanisms of tin dioxide were introduced briefly. The methods such as rare metal doped, metal ions doped, metal oxides doped and multicomponent metal oxides etc. Were reviewed in order to improved sensitivity of function materials. And the electronic nose (EN) which was an instrumented chemical sensor array with pattern recognition was illuminated specially in possible application domains. At the same time, the present study tendency of tin dioxide gas sensitive sensors was envisaged.
