热处理温度对TiO2薄膜光催化及亲水性的影响
Effect of heat-treated temperature on photocatalytic and hydrophilic properties of TiO2 thin film
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法及浸渍提拉法在普通的载玻片上制得TiO2薄膜,通过对薄膜及相应粉体的XRD、IR谱及薄膜致密度的测量,分析了热处理温度对TiO2薄膜光催化及超亲水特性的影响。结果表明:薄膜经过不同温度的热处理,光催化活性不同,亲水性能也有显著的差别,经450℃热处理的薄膜光催化活性最高,而在450~550℃的热处理温度范围得到了接触角为0°的超亲水性薄膜;薄膜表面的超亲水性与薄膜中TiO2的晶型、羟基浓度及薄膜的孔隙度有关。
【Abstract】 TiO2 thin films were prepared on common glass substrates by sol-gel processing and dip-drawing method. The effect of heat-treated temperature on the photocatalytic and hydrophilic properties was studied by analyzing XRD, IR and density of TiO2 thin films and corresponding powders. The results indicate: TiO2 films treated at different temperatures have different photocatalytic activities and obvious different hydrophilicities. The film treated at 450’C has the best photocatalytic activity, and the films treated in the temperature range of 450℃ to 550℃ have the best hydrophilicity. The hydrophilicity on the surface of the film relates to TiO2 crystalline phase, the hydroxyl density and the porosity in the film.
