一种新型氨敏配合物的合成和气敏特性
Synthesis and gas sensitive properties of a new type complex with ammonia sensitivity
【摘要】 以无水NiCl2和2,2’-联吡啶-1,1’-二氧化物为原料,在DMF溶剂中合成了一种新型氨敏配合物。经元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱和紫外光谱表征,该配合物的组成为Ni(bi-pyO2)Cl2。气敏性研究表明,配合物对氨气有好的敏感性和选择性。可用它制作氨气泄漏报警和涉氨化工生产中氨气浓度自动控制方面的传感器。
【Abstract】 A new type of ammonia sensitive complex was synthesized by reaction of 2,2’-bipyridine-l ,l’-dioxide with NiCl2 in DMF solution. The composition of the complex was Ni (bipyO2)Cl2 characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, infrared spectra and UV-spectra meaurements. The sdudy of gas sensitive properties indicated that the complex has good sensitivity and selectivity to ammonia. The complex could manufactured the sensor used in ammonia leak-alarm and in production to detect and control NH3.
