【Abstract】 Rareearth element modified SrTiO3 ceramics can be prepared by using conventional ceramics process. The dielectric properties of SrTiO3 based ceramics, (1+x)SrTiO3+x(Ln·4TiO2), were investigated, and influence of rareearth element, Ln(Ln=La2O3,Nd2O3,Y2O3 or CeO2), on the dielectric properties, the temperature and frequency characteristics of εr and tgδ of SrTiO3 based ceramics were reported in the paper. 更多还原
