【Abstract】 Malignant middle cerebral artery infarction has a poor prognosis. Early clinical and neurochemical and neuroimage predictors of space occupying edema is necessary for identification of the patient at rist.It is beneficial to the early operation and hypothemia treatment so as to rescue patients’ lives.更多还原
