【摘要】 食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血是肝硬化患者常见并发症 ,其发病率及病死率较高。常见治疗手段有药物治疗、内镜治疗、外科手术治疗、介入治疗及综合治疗。笔者根据近几年国内外治疗进展 ,对各种治疗方法应用、选择以及治疗效果进行综述 ,认为各种治疗方法各有所长 ,方法的选择取决于患者的状态、医院条件和个人经验 ,首选何种方法尚待探索有效的规范化方案更多还原

【Abstract】 Hemorrhage from varicose vein of esophagus and fundus of stomach is a common complication of hepatocirrhosis patients with high morbidity and fatality rate.Ordinary therapeutic methods are pharmacotherapy,endoscopic therapy,interpose treatment,surgical treatment and combined treatment.This thesis gives a summary for the use and choice of therapeutic methods and curative effect according to the international and domestic curative effect development.It is regarded that every therapeutic method has its own advantage and is decided by the state of patients,hospital condition and personal experience. A formula for the initial therapeutic method is to be surveyed.更多还原
