【摘要】 本文结合国内立法的现状和证券公司开展网上证券交易的实践,对网上证券交易立法的完善进行了探讨,认为应当尽快健全网上证券交易的立法体系,注重加强对投资者的保护,在具体的立法内容上,应注意对市场准入、电子签名及其认证、证券公司与投资者之间的权利义务、信息披露、法律责任的承担、跨国交易的管辖权和准据法等问题的规制。更多还原
